About Us
Sean Viers
Second Wind Sound was founded by head engineer, Sean Viers. Since a young age, Sean had up close and personal experience with the audio industry by way of his father - accomplished sound designer, Ric Viers. Growing up around the industry, Sean developed an early drive for sound in all things entertainment. Alongside this he also discovered a deep passion for music. From starting to play the drums at age 11, to learning the bass, and progressing to the guitar, Sean has acquired a rich knowledge of music theory and vast performance experience. In 2022, Sean joined the J-Rock band LiVING Ai, which he frequently plays out with in the Detroit area. On the side, Sean is also an avid Lego aficionado and builds historically inspired dioramas that he displays at conventions annually. Overall, Sean's creative drive and musical inspiration can breathe life into any project. He is always up for any challenge that comes his way and is motivated by client satisfaction.

Yearn for Agony Artistry, headed by Alexis Dawn

In 2025 Second Wind Sound partnered with Yearn for Agony Artistry to expand its services and offer photo and video production. Yearn for Agony Artistry was founded by Alexis Dawn who lives and breathes cameras. Alexis brings clients experience and a wealth of knowledge on all things camera and lighting. From a young age she has had a keen eye for visual art and composition. She also comes from a musical background, having over a decade of vocal experience. She has been writing and performing lead vocals for LiVING Ai since 2023 and has offered her talents on songs in collaboration with other artists in the local music scene. In her free time Alexis enjoys riding horses, video gaming, and of course, buying more cameras! Her enthusiasm for photo/video work cannot be understated and is a great asset for anyone looking to capture their moment. Overall, Yearn for Agony Artistry pulls Second Wind Sound out of the sonic realm allowing the studio to serve the needs for a variety of clients.
